OVERVIEW:

We are seeking Process Improvement Analyst(s) to join our team and support our mission critical customer in Reston, VA. As a Process Improvement Analyst, you would provide consulting and recommendations to managers, supervisors, and the workforce on the implementation of quality and process improvement initiatives. The Process Improvement Analysts will develop and facilitate discovery sessions, planning meetings, training sessions, and process improvement meetings. They will propose, tailor, and develop quality/process re-engineering improvement efforts (to include the applicable documentation) to provide return-on-investment or operational improvement. They will also create and approve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cybersecurity and integration of new technologies and support Disaster Recovery and Continuity of Operations documentation. Additional responsibilities include conducting benchmarking, activity modeling, and surveys, as well as gathering, analysis, and presentation of performance data and measurements. The Process Improvement Analysts are also responsible for requirements management documentation and approval workflows.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education & Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience related to specific functional area.
  • Certifications: Currently hold, or be able to attain a CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification.
  • Experience and knowledge on:
  • Working collaboratively across cross-functional teams of all experience levels
  • Demonstrated experience in consulting with a specialization in cross-functional and cross-organization integration, processes, policy, and continual service improvement
  • Providing process engineering support expertise to improve efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery
  • Experience capturing requirements, capabilities, and plans
  • Formal documentation drafting, review, finalization, and document control
  • Experience analyzing processes and re-engineering alternatives, with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future operating environment
  • Specialized experience in modeling business processes and requirements (using structured tools and techniques, i.e. use-case scenarios) and integrating them with data and system architectural models and requirements
  • Experience with Cyber Network Defense (CND), analytics, risk assessment, visualization and reporting
  • Understanding of Government Disaster Recovery and Continuity of Operations requirements for cyber service delivery
