Joe Barletta

Co-founded Procession Systems in 2016.
Barletta comes from an Entrepreneurship background and co-founded Procession to offer new and effective solutions to a challenging and saturated market.
Serving as Managing Partner, Barletta has led Procession throughout his tenure and grew the company 450% in 2019.
Barletta has been responsible for leading the growth of Procession, primarily focusing on customer solutions, recruiting and sourcing strategy, internal operations, and business development.
Prior to co-founding Procession, Barletta led an internal Talent Acquisition team of a $30 million Federal firm. Barletta holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from James Madison University.


Kyle Blackburn

Co-founded Procession Systems in 2016.
Kyle comes from a marketing and customer service background and is currently focused on business development at Procession.
In his tenure with Procession, Blackburn has managed internal operations and delivery strategies for a diverse portfolio of customers and has set performance records and standards for the talent acquisition engine.
As the Director of Business Development, Blackburn was the catalyst for a 450% company growth in 2019.
Prior to joining Procession, Blackburn led an internal Talent Acquisition team at DHS contractor.
Kyle holds a bachelor's degree in Health Sciences from James Madison University.


Mark D’Ermes

Joined Procession Systems as a Partner in 2019 from SAIC where he served as Vice President of Talent Acquisition for the $6.5B enterprise.
There, he drove recruiting strategy, technology and process transformation that improved the scale and speed of hiring 6,000 employees per year across National Security, Defense, and Civilian Programs.
D'Ermes brings to Procession Systems thirty years of experience delivering the highest priority talent for firms including SAIC, Booz Allen Hamilton, CACI, and Microsoft.
He has deep expertise working at all levels of an organization to define talent acquisition requirements, develop and implement
effective hiring strategies, and hands on experience in labor market analysis, talent sourcing, candidate assessment, event strategy, and recruiter development.  
D'Ermes holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Miami University (Ohio).
