OVERVIEW:
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will work as part of a team responsible for implementing and maintaining the IT software solutions necessary to ensure organization assets are accounted for, deployed, maintained, upgraded, and disposed of as appropriate.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8 - 10 years of development/Infrastructure operational experience
- Detailed understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, Asset Management
- Demonstrated experience in agile planning, execution and delivery
- Demonstrated experience developing ServiceNow applications
- Demonstrated experience developing code-based customizations of ServiceNow
- Demonstrated experience using Lean Agile techniques and practices
- Demonstrated experience in release, sprint, user story application, and module testing in the ServiceNow platform
- Demonstrated experience conducting release, sprint, user story application, and module testing for IT Asset Management (ITAM)
- Strong experience in development using JavaScript, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, Web components, and SQL exposure
- Ability to design features from end-to-end (UI, REST Services, DB).
- Strong experience in development, specifically tools and infrastructure are preferred
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

- ServiceNow Developer Certification
- ServiceNow Systems Administrator Certification
CLEARANCE:
- US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
