OVERVIEW:
A Senior Technical Expert Program Analyst must have the skill set of a senior PA but also be able to create new methods of gathering and analyzing source data to evaluate program effectiveness and analyze business processes. Must perform requirements analysis, system analysis support for core functional business requirements and support process re-engineering, and adaptation of IT solutions in support of environments internal and external to the organization.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 - 10 years of development/Infrastructure operational experience
- Communicate effectively to project managers and stakeholders
- Act as an advisor to senior leadership
- Communicate with senior leadership and stakeholders
- Collect, analyze, and advise on key departmental strategies
- Use their extensive communication skills to present to senior leadership
- Use their leadership abilities to manage, direct, and oversee project deliverables
- Use critical thinking skills to identify and mitigate risk
- Applicant's knowledge of program management metrics and measurement-based strategies
- Commitment to efficiency and continuous improvement
- Provide their opinion of data-driven methods
- Communicate expectations to project managers and stakeholders
- Analyze the requirements of a project and manage its scope successfully
- Understand the importance of company vision, goals, and priorities
- 15 years of experience required; 10 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- ITIL Certification
- ServiceNow Developer Certification
- ServiceNow Systems Administrator Certification
- Master’s Degree in a business discipline
CLEARANCE:
- US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
