You will be an integral part of a team of knowledgeable technologists responsible for helping to build a nationwide cloud presence within the DoD for unclassified software development, analysis, and hosting. This is a multi-faceted position requiring you to spend time working with a large-scale domain environment, AWS services, and back-end resources to aid collaboration efforts between customers and the engineering team.
- CWIP Certification: IAT I
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service
- Ability to understand and experience explaining the technical subject matter to non-technical and highly technical audiences
- Ability to provide detailed analysis and feedback to management for escalated tickets
- Ability to develop strong troubleshooting skills
- Hands-on knowledge of professional or academic helpdesk
- Demonstrated work experience is not required.
