REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated experience with computer programing languages like C/C++, Java, Javascript or Python.
- Demonstrated experience with database and search technologies like MySQL, Elasticsearch, RDS, Postgres, or Hbase, etc.
- Demonstrated experience with software development technologies such as Git, Ansible, Jenkins.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud development technologies such as Amazon AWS, S3, RDS, ELB, ASG, or CloudFormation.
- Demonstrated experience working with Agile software development.
- Demonstrated experience identifying and documenting technical risks.
- Demonstrated experience using JIRA and Confluence as part of an agile development environment.
- Demonstrated experience working with container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes.
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of IT Service Management and common SLA measurements.
- Demonstrated experience resolving routine to highly complex inquiries.
- Demonstrated experience communicating complex technical material and translating into non-technical terms for broad audiences.
- Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Outlook, Office, and working knowledge of standard operating tools and applications.
- Demonstrated experience providing customer service and supporting users, managers, and staff.
- Demonstrated experience with Web Content Management, Skype, and VTCs
