OVERVIEW:

Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support of Army's management identification system (AMID). These roles support Tier 3 Support Desk operations we are transitioning into from the incumbent contractor. Red Hat, Radiant Logic, and SailPoint IIQ expertise desired. Members of the O&M team will work to understand, support, and maintain the continuity of daily operations for client ICAM capabilities and support the on- boarding of applications into enterprise Access Services.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have completed a bachelor’s degree; 2 years of experience can be substituted by completion of a master’s degree in a related field.
  • Under indirect supervision, designs, tests, and implements state-of-the art secure operating systems, networks, and database products.
  • Conducts risk assessments and provides recommendations for application design. Handles wide range of security issues, including architectures, firewalls, electronic data traffic, and network access, at all levels of total system product, including concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Uses encryption technology and penetration and vulnerability analyses of security enterprise-wide cyber systems and networks.
  • Responsible for analyses, evaluations, and recommendations to promote economy, efficiency, and customer or product requirements into total systems solutions.
  • Provides architectural analysis and relates existing system to future needs and trends. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering.
