OVERVIEW:
The Sponsor relies on a variety of software capabilities to perform its duties. The Sponsor requires support specializing in SharePoint administration to manage day-to-day activities of the Sponsor’s SharePoint infrastructure. Work will include performing SharePoint administration, enhancements, Maintenance and Operations (O&M) tasks, and providing ad-hoc user support. Project priorities shall be managed by the Sponsor’s Information Technology (IT) Leader or designate.
GENERAL DUTIES:
- Work closely with the Sponsor for work prioritization.
- Execute SharePoint tasks as necessary to maintain the Sponsor’s environment in accordance with overall enterprise support.
- Comply with Sponsor requirements or IT best practices.
- Provide a full range of SharePoint support assistance.
- Perform SharePoint administration and system upgrade duties as needed.
- Interact with end users to troubleshoot issues, gather and elucidate requirements, explaining end-user procedures and techniques either in person or over the phone to users.
- Interact with Sponsor’s staff and contractors, and participate in vendor support meetings in order to resolve issues.
- Comply with IT enterprise oversight requirements.
- Perform all necessary functions required to maintain the Sponsor’s SharePoint application.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining work plans and delivery roadmaps.
- Demonstrated experience identifying and documenting technical risks.
- Demonstrated experience performing governance and requirements activities such as requirements development and validation, collection and reporting of requirements metrics, or requirements test plan development.
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Program Management Review (PMR) materials and (IDTs).
- Demonstrated experience authoring minutes, managing agendas, and conducting coordination support activities.
- Demonstrated experience reporting on strategic initiatives for stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience supporting daily administration of project management and governance forums, including support activity coordination such as managing calendars and agendas, documenting meeting minutes or decisions.
- Demonstrated experience in software engineering and code delivery.
- Demonstrated experience developing and supporting software solutions for large scale software environments
- Demonstrated experience prototyping and developing new software functionality.
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining system and program documentation.
- Demonstrated experience in software capability analysis.
- Demonstrated experience working within an Agile IT engineering team leveraging commercially available DevOps tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Demonstrated experience deploying software and applications across multi-domain environments for geographically dispersed teams.
- Demonstrated experience with executing information security scanning process and using industry- standard scanning tools.
- Demonstrated experience with modifying existing software to improve efficiencies.
- Demonstrated experience with data analysis of system capabilities and requirements.
- Demonstrated experience with data collection systems development, maintenance, and management.
- Demonstrated experience with data analytics development, modification, and management.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated experience in creating graphical user interface pages tailored to user needs.
- Demonstrated experience creating and managing document libraries using SharePoint Online to enhance user collaboration and communication.
- Demonstrated experience using SharePoint InfoPath Forms.
- Demonstrated experience using Power BI
- Demonstrated experience with HTML5.
- Demonstrated experience with SQL.
- Demonstrated experience with .NET.
- Demonstrated experience with C#.
- Demonstrated experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS v3 or higher).
