GENERAL DUTIES:
- Advise Strategic Plans
- Advise Business Processes
- Advise Business Models
- Develop Business Cases
- Analyze Performance Metrics and Cost/Resources
- Advise Commercial.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6+ years’ experience with business process improvement projects including management, design, process modeling, measurement and tool-sets.
- Provide Financial Management functional and business process reengineering expertise
- Experience validating architecture designs to support business strategies
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture best practices, business architecture, information architecture, application architecture and repository management.
- 4+ years of federal Financial Management consulting experience
- 4+ years of experience with business analysis, business process re-engineering, and change management
- Gather and document end-user sessions utilizing process flows, use cases, interviews, workshops, and by investigation of existing systems
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in requirements gathering, building, maintaining relationships with customers, ability to analyze issues and solve complex problems
- Proven track record in developing/implementing new strategies/road maps to migrate from current-to future-state
- Advanced knowledge of business process modeling tools
- Strong experience with systems analysis and functional design
