OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a reliable and task-oriented individual who will directly support Business and Operations functions for our customer. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks.

GENERAL DUTIES:

  • Provide analytic support in the area of research and technology protection for high-risk, high-payoff research programs that have the potential to provide the U.S. with a technological/capabilities advantage.
  • Identify and safeguard the information that has an impact on national security and protect both technical and programmatic information from the initial concept through the transition to a partner.
  • Develop tailored risk-management documents for review and approval by the program manager and other senior officials.
  • Conduct program reviews and export control assessments and develop security classification guides.
  • The incumbent facilitates assessment of the confluence of technology concerns, business concerns, foreign involvement, and how that involvement might affect DoD critical technology areas, warfighting capabilities, technological advantage, and associated Research Development Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) investments, or otherwise compromise national security.
  • The incumbent assists in formulating protection, risk mitigation, and promotion industrial base strategies to address technology and technical stakeholder interests, facilitating involvement of Science and Technology (S&T) and system development communities as appropriate, and monitoring implementation actions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 or more years; experience in risk analysis management, preferably in a military related setting surveying technology risk.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong reading comprehension skills
  • Strong grammatical skills (proofreading, grammar, spelling, editing)
  • Strong Presentation skills, including public speaking and presentation creation using
  • PowerPoint or a similar program.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at the same time; detail oriented.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (excel, outlook, ppt, TEAMS)

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS in a business-related field
  • Previous experience supporting Government executives

  • Secret minimum
