Under the direction of the Director of Finance the Finance Associate  will support the Finance department with functions that achieve organizational goals and to ensure that the company’s compliance obligations are met. The ideal candidate possesses a solid ethical framework and understanding of confidentiality, and demonstrates integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic. The Finance associate will prepare and review financial information. They will manage account records, process transactions, and analyze financial data. Advise senior managers and internal departments on best practices to ensure compliance in financial regulations.


  • Assist with the preparation of operating budgets, financial statements, and reports
  • Processing requisition and other business forms, checking accounts, and approving purchases.
  • Advising other departments on best practices related to fiscal procedures
  • Manage account records, issuing invoices, and handling payments
  • Collaborating with internal departments to reconcile any accounting discrepancies
  • Analyzing financial data and assisting with audits, reviews, and tax preparations
  • Updating financial spreadsheets and reports with the latest available data
  • Comply with existing financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Assisting with payroll administration
  • Keeping records and documenting financial processes


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • At least 3 years’ experience working as a finance associate
  • Proficiency in integrated financial management software
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting standards, fiscal procedures, and applicable tax codes
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Great analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Superb organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks
