GENERAL DUTIES:
- Provide an independent assessment of how the project's software development process is being implemented relative to the defined process recommend methods to optimize the organization's process.
- Develop and execute software test plans in order to identify software problems and their causes.
- Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
- Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
- Collaborate with RPA Developer Lead to analyze and understand user stories, use cases and requirements.
- Develop and maintain Test Cases/Test Instructions in the context of an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Design, develop, document, and maintain automated functional test cases and other test artifacts, with input from development team, including test data and data verification.
- Build/maintain automation framework and re-usable automation tests/test scripts using or Selenium. Execute and evaluate manual and automated test cases and report test results.
- Perform setup, configuration, and maintenance of automated testing environments with a focus on continuous testing and DevOps processes. Analyze requirements and technical design documents for use cases/user stories, create test cases, and perform impact analysis on the existing framework. Develop and implement regression tests.
- Prepare reports on defects and problems arising during testing.
- Track and report problems and preparing test report. Develop 508 compliance plan. Provide input to SOP to accomplish repetitive tasks.
- Analyze and resolve automation-related problems by coordinating with the team to diagnose and fix issues.
- Ensures that work on this contract complies with the contract terms and conditions and is approved/coordinated with the Program Manager/Delivery Lead.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work with short-notice requirements and fluid priorities.
- Experience working in an Agile Environment
- Self-starter who requires little or no direction or supervision
- Excellent written and oral communications skills; specific experience interacting with senior government or commercial leadership
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft products (Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- BS/BA-CS, CIS, EE, Math or equivalent technical studies Exp:10+ years experience in primary skill required and/or >10 yrs of industry experience and 8 years QA experience
- 8+ years of experience with the following:
- Bash, Perl, Python, or other scripting languages (Must have experience across both Linux and Windows platforms)
- Development and implementation of test strategies, plans, traceability matrices, procedures, and reports
- Requirements analysis and testing of systems at the integration, system and end-to-end levels
- Documenting test results according to the customer’s defined standards
- Minimum of 3 years supporting the IC
- Experience with Performance Testing
- Experience with Jira
- Experience with automated test tools.
CLEARANCE:
- TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph minimum
