Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree. Considered career, or journey, level.
Period of Performance: Now through end of contract period of performance
Successful candidates for this position will have training (BS) in a science or technology related discipline, multiple years of experience in systems engineering, and previous experience working within a team environment utilizing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other agile software methodologies and processes.
The ideal candidate will also have experience with ESRI products including ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Enterprise, Google Earth Enterprise Server, Linux command line, and AWS, and will be able to coordinate geospatial content updates and modifications with product owners, GVS customers, and users.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 years of geospatial domain experience preferably using ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Enterprise
Understanding and preferred prior management of OGC compliant geospatial content
Prior experience working with one or more of the following environments and applications: Red Hat Linux and AWS
Experience working within SAFe or other Agile Release Trains
Demonstrated experience working across multiple teams and job functions; bridging both sustainment and enhancement priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
