Supports the existing Siebel CRM application and capabilities to be used on the Program, including working with the customer to obtain and maintain the tools and services necessary to support current functionalities in the Siebel applications and its associated interfaces
Troubleshoots issues in existing Siebel IP 2016 based applications, Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) and web services written on an Oracle SOA platform
Participates in installations, patches/updates, provides problem resolution, and supports teams in the use of Siebel CRM application tools used on the Program
Supporting effort towards Siebel Upgrade within the environments
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 8-10 years’ of experience; Master’s Degree and 6-8 years’ of experience OR 4 years’ of additional relevant experience in lieu of a Degree
At least 5 years of experience maintaining Siebel CRM applications (using at least version 8.1x, or higher such as IP 2015/2016),
Experience in Siebel environment setup/installation, Siebel Server Administration and patching of multiple environments on virtual machines running Windows and Linux/Unix Operating Systems
Experience using Siebel Server management tools and utilities to import/export and maintain multiple repositories, and Siebel Application Data using ADM and EIM
Experience installing Siebel patches related to product upgrades and security hardening
Understanding of Siebel architecture and experience in monitoring and troubleshooting application performance including Siebel inbound and outbound web services hosted on enterprise service bus (e.g. Oracle Service Bus)
Must have a current, active Secret (or higher) clearance. Interim may be acceptable.
DESIRED QUALIICATIONS:
Experience working/configuring and implementing Siebel workflows and Server component groups such as Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), Application Object managers, and external adapters (e.g. Web Gate, LDAP, Active Directory, SSO)
Experience working in Siebel operational environments that involve load balancing with F5 and other third-party HTTP load balancers
Experience using puppet
Experience supporting system development, integration and test environments
Experience using engineering environments and tools that support agile development, and especially Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), such as JIRA, Rally, VersionOne, Confluence, CAST software to perform software quality testing and Oracle Application Testing Suite
