Oversees the activity of the cybersecurity analyst team, including hiring, training, and assessing staff.
Creates processes, assesses incident reports, and develops and implements crisis communication plans.
Creates compliance reports, supports the audit process, measures cybersecurity operations performance metrics, and reports on cybersecurity operations to ITD Director, CISO, and BTO Director/CIO.
Manages government and industry compliance project activities to include budget and vendors.
Responsible for team training, coaching, development and support.
Manages all contingency and communications planning in accordance with government operations standards for high-visibility and availability mission-critical infrastructure security requirements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires BA/BS with 10 years of experience with at least 4 years of management level responsibility, or equivalent experience.
Possess a certification that meets DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II requirements
Incumbent has specialized knowledge in at least one area of expertise and a general knowledge in 1-2 other areas.
