OVERVIEW:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual with a solid engineering background that wants to help us drive our customer and company missions forward. Candidate must be self-motivated, a quick learner, and able to balance simultaneous tasks to keep pace with our team of high performers.
GENERAL DUTIES:
- Industry-recognized expertise in one or more System disciplines, e.g., SIGINT, GEOINT, Multi-INT, MASINT.
- Extensive experience as subject matter leaders in Ground Systems Acquisition, Development, Systems Engineering, and Deployment for Operations.
- Leads the preparation and delivers Ground Systems Strategic Plans, Acquisition Strategies, and presentations to colleagues, subordinates, and government representatives.
- Produce, and review substantive and complex acquisition and ground system development documentation reflecting detailed knowledge of areas.
- Provide technical, analytical, and in some cases management support in areas of intelligence and electronic warfare operations where knowledge and skills are gained primarily through unique formal education, specialized training, and operational assignments requiring access to sensitive or classified information and systems.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree (in Computer Science, Math, Electrical Engineering or related field) and 6-12 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science, Math, Electrical Engineering or related field) and 8-15 years of related experience
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple functional disciplines
- Demonstrated experience with data management using Cloudera
- Demonstrated experience with integration of COTS components
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Back-end development with Java
- Front-end development with JavaScript
- Familiarity with HortonWorks and Cloudera products
CLEARANCE:
- US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Security Clearance
