1808 - Senior Integration Engineer

GENERAL DUTIES:

  • Lead the Customer Integration and Technical Enablement team
  • Lead application integration meetings
  • Provide and maintain the onboarding application integration status tracker
  • Provide direct support to applications integrating with IAM services
  • Collaborate with integrated applications on upcoming capabilities
  • Provide functional and technical support for the testing of business applications
  • Engage with future customers, targeting specific services based on application needs
  • Collaborate across customer applications when capabilities will impact their workflows
  • Provide functional and technical support for the testing of business applications
  • Bring new team members up to speed with the scope of the system
  • Document user stories/requirements and acceptance criteria, and obtain business/product owner sign-off
  • Develop and maintain integration specifications and detailed documentation
  • Develop and maintain end-user program documentation with release-relevant changes
  • Develop and maintain training materials
  • Deliver training to technical staff and Tier-1 staff supporting the on-boarded applications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and IT concepts
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently troubleshoot technical problems
  • Experience in the IAM field
  • COTS and FOSS integration experience

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with the following:
  • DevSecOps/Agile processes
  • Okta’s cloud Identity as a Service (IDaaS)
  • IAM standards such as SAML, OpenID Connect, SCIM, or OAuth2
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) / Strong Authentication
  • Business process management workflows
  • Security protocols/concepts (SSL/TLS, PKI, etc.)
  • RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with collaborating across a variety of technical and non-technical end users
  • CompTIA Security+ Certification
