GENERAL DUTIES:

• Communicate with agile team lead to provide daily status on progress and key technical issues
• Support application onboarding for IAM services
• Develop business process workflows 
• Integrate IAM deployments into CI/CD pipelines
• Provide resolution for escalated service tickets
• Work with clients to evaluate and solve technical problems
• Develop new functionality based on business owner change requests

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to quickly learn new software and IT concepts
• Ability to effectively and efficiently troubleshoot technical problems
• Experience in the IAM field
• Experience with translating client's needs into IAM business requirements and solutions
• Experience implementing enterprise IAM, or other related security solutions in client environments
• Experience in DevSecOps/Agile processes

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with the following:
• Okta’s cloud Identity as a Service (IDaaS)
• IAM standards such as SAML, OpenID Connect, SCIM, or OAuth2
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) / Strong Authentication
• Activiti’s business process management workflow engine
• AWS
• LDAP
• Java
• MySQL
• Remote Identity Proofing (RIDP) services
• Scripting languages and algorithms
• Security protocols/concepts (SSL/TLS, PKI, etc.)
• CompTIA Security+  Certification

CLEARANCE:
