GENERAL DUTIES:
- Candidate will work with senior leaders to scope and design Appian solutions that meet our client’s expectations and business needs.
- Lead scrum teams to deliver on time solutions following an agile methodology and develop software solutions as a member of a software delivery team.
- Mid-Level Developers have the opportunity to mentor and develop Junior Appian Developers and maintain technical knowledge.
- Horizon works at the forefront of new Appian features and development practices and supports its employees being trained and certified in the latest and greatest.
- The candidate can expect to be mentored to develop senior level architectural, technical and managerial skills to quickly advance to senior level roles.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 1 to 2 years leading software development teams implementing Appian.
- Ability and previous experience in database and system integration 2 to 4 years working on software development engagements (Appian preferred).
- Experience in an Agile environment
