These SMS Terms & Conditions govern your use of text messaging services provided by Procession Systems. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS communications under the terms outlined below.

1. SMS Consent Communication

Phone numbers collected as part of the SMS consent process are used solely for authorized communications from Procession Systems. We do not share or sell phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.

2. Types of SMS Communications

If you consent to receive SMS messages from Procession Systems, you may receive messages related to:

Job opportunity updates and recruiting outreach
Interview scheduling or reminders
Follow-up messages regarding applications
General candidate care communications (e.g., confirming receipt of documents, updates on recruiting process)

Note: Procession Systems does not contact potential or prospective clients via SMS. SMS messaging is used strictly for recruiting and candidate communications.

Examples:

“Hello [First Name], this is [Recruiter Name] from Procession Systems. I’d like to share a new job opportunity for a [Position Title] role with [Client Name]. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time.”
“Hello [First Name], this is [Recruiter Name] from Procession Systems. I’d like to confirm your interview for [Position Title] on [Date] at [Time]. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time.”

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the stage of your recruiting process. For example, you may receive up to 4 SMS messages per week; message frequency may vary depending on your stage in the recruiting process.

4. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary for domestic and international messages.

5. Opt-In Method

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Procession Systems by:

Checking the SMS consent box on an online form
Submitting your phone number through an application or recruiting form
Providing verbal consent during a conversation with a Procession Systems recruiter
Responding affirmatively to an initial consent message sent by a Procession Systems recruiter

Initial Consent Message (Required Script):
“Hello, this is [Recruiter Name] with Procession Systems. We’d like to send you job opportunity updates and recruiting messages by text. Reply YES to consent or STOP to opt out.”

Only after replying YES will you begin receiving SMS communications from us.

6. Opt-Out Method

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you may contact us directly at info@processionsystems.com to request removal from our messaging list.

7. Help
