OVERVIEW

We are seeking an ICAM Engineer III to support a large scale, complex Cloud environment for our Federal client. The ideal candidate will exhibit passion, technical competence, and experience in services delivery with complex projects or environments. A successful candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate proficiency with the design, implementation and support of cloud solutions and exhibit strong project management, documentation and communication skills.

GENERAL DUTIES

  • Provides senior-level analytical and program support and is focused on providing high performance work.
  • Contribute to engagement work plan development and often leads less complex engagement tasks to completion within scope and budget.
  • Serve as a senior-level analytical correspondent within engagement team.
  • Assume responsibility for contributing to work plan development, reaching engagement milestones, and may lead specific project tasks.
  • Apply business modeling, process modeling, and business design techniques.
  • Conduct analysis of appropriate consulting tools to satisfy program requirements and creates project deliverables.
  • Formulate diagnoses through financial or statistical modeling, assesses appropriate alternatives, and offers conclusions to Project Manager.
  • Perform analyses and makes diagnoses, as well as defines symptoms and problems, and develops conclusions.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, architecting, implementing, operating, and maintaining identity management solutions supporting full identity lifecycle management, provisioning, role management, user access certifications, compliance, and access requests; OR demonstrated experience designing, architecting, implementing, operating, and maintaining access control solutions supporting single sign on, multi-factor authentication, adaptive access policies, and authorization policies for desktop and mobile devices
  • Knowledge of with Active Directory and LDAP
  • Experience working on complex projects and providing technical analysis and advisory services.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing, zero trust security models, and mobile computing
  • Strong knowledge of access management, single sign on, federation, SAML, WS-Fed, Kerberos and related technologies
  • Knowledge and demonstrated experience with BeanShell, Java, Javascript, or other programming languages and general code management
  • Knowledge of business process analysis and optimization
  • Demonstrated experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow or Okta or similar products

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4 years of IT consulting experience

  • Demonstrated experience designing, architecting, implementing, operating, and maintaining identity management solutions supporting full identity lifecycle management, provisioning, role management, user access certifications, compliance, and access requests
  • Experience designing, architecting, implementing, operating, and maintaining access control solutions supporting single sign on, multi-factor authentication, adaptive access policies, and authorization policies for desktop and mobile devices
  • Experience working with Windows servers, databases (e.g. SQL Server, MySQL), application servers (Tomcat, IIS, Apache).
  • Knowledge of AWS, GSA USAccess, HR Connect, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Office365, SailPoint SecurityIQ, and CyberArk
  • Experience with access control solutions supporting single sign on, multi-factor authentication, adaptive access policies, and authorization policies for desktop and mobile devices
  • Experience with SailPoint SecurityIQ or similar unstructured data management solutions supporting file, folder, and data access logging, permission discovery, access certifications, and related features
