Supports/develops training curricula; formulates or reviews training outlines, anddetermines appropriate instructional methodologies and formats; evaluates andrecommends incorporation of vendor programs, as appropriate to meet overall training goals and objectives.


  • Collaborate with the client team to understand the business problem, identify the solution approach and work through the design, development, and delivery phases.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis to develop the training curriculum.
  • Develop high-quality and detailed content outlines as per the curriculum.
  • Design standards, guidelines, templates, and checklists for the proposed learning solution.
  • Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to design and develop relevant and effective training deliverables.
  • Review training deliverables to ensure that the deliverable quality is as per the project quality parameters and industry standards.
  • Identify opportunities to implement new and innovative learning strategies into the solution.


  • 4 years of experience with content development and/or instructional design.
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years equivalent work experience (in addition to specialized experience above).
  • Extensive experience in developing, reviewing and delivering different training modalities like Instructor-Led Trainings, Computer-Based Trainings, job aids, and quick reference guides.
  • Experience in leading and coaching small teams independently.


  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization software (Power BI or Tableau)
  • Experience creating and delivery Power Point presentations
  • Bachelor’s degree in mass communication or public relations (or 4 years equivalent specialized work experience)
  • Experience providing training support to an ERP deployment
