OVERVIEW:
Supports/develops training curricula; formulates or reviews training outlines, anddetermines appropriate instructional methodologies and formats; evaluates andrecommends incorporation of vendor programs, as appropriate to meet overall training goals and objectives.
GENERAL DUTIES:
- Collaborate with the client team to understand the business problem, identify the solution approach and work through the design, development, and delivery phases.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis to develop the training curriculum.
- Develop high-quality and detailed content outlines as per the curriculum.
- Design standards, guidelines, templates, and checklists for the proposed learning solution.
- Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to design and develop relevant and effective training deliverables.
- Review training deliverables to ensure that the deliverable quality is as per the project quality parameters and industry standards.
- Identify opportunities to implement new and innovative learning strategies into the solution.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4 years of experience with content development and/or instructional design.
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years equivalent work experience (in addition to specialized experience above).
- Extensive experience in developing, reviewing and delivering different training modalities like Instructor-Led Trainings, Computer-Based Trainings, job aids, and quick reference guides.
- Experience in leading and coaching small teams independently.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization software (Power BI or Tableau)
- Experience creating and delivery Power Point presentations
- Bachelor’s degree in mass communication or public relations (or 4 years equivalent specialized work experience)
- Experience providing training support to an ERP deployment
