OVERVIEW:
Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.GENERAL DUTIES:
- Change design, transition customer from vision to communicating through change enablement activities
- Create change plans, schedule activities, and measure progress
- Lead technology transformation change effort
- Update dashboards
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4 years of experience with organizational change management
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience in addition to specialized experience above)
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization software (Power BI orTableau)
- Change management certification (e.g., CCMP, Prosci, or Kotter)
- Experience creating and delivery Power Point presentations
- Experience providing change management support an ERP deployment
