REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-5 years of technical experience based on the below IT skills
• Help Desk: PC hardware troubleshooting and Laptop and workstation provisioning
• Customer-specific operational experience
• Programming: Automation and scripting experience preferably with PowerShell
• Systems Administration: Backup/Restore images, Operating system installation and update, Linux , Windows 7,8,10,11
• Ability to lift ~40lb objects and willingness to move boxes, computers, equipment, etc

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5-10 years of technical experience based on the above IT skills
• Digital Forensics: Desk forensics and/or the basic understanding of bits, data deletion and recovery

CLEARANCE:
