OVERVIEW:

  • Maintain the software hosted within the Sponsor’s cloud environment.
  • Implement baseline changes and respond to change requests.
  • Perform technical evaluations, analysis, and troubleshooting for supported servers.
  • Build servers by providing technical configuration, setup, installation services, hardware and coordination of application projects.
  • Perform routine scheduled (daily, monthly and annually) and unscheduled maintenance for the Sponsor’s cloud services software application.
  • Monitor operations content in Meridian LMS Global Software.
  • Prepare monthly system status reports.
  • Implement updates for security compliance and maintenance.
  • Manage System Configuration.
  • Install and configure AWS/cloud Servers.
  • Install and test software upgrades, updates and patches.
  • Manage AWS/cloud roles, instances, and manager PKI Certs.
  • Configure Security Groups and Load Balancers.
  • Transfer and upload commercial, online courses to the Sponsor.
  • Review Meridian and AWS/cloud Audit Logs and Audit Log handling.
  • Provide Tier 1 help desk support.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated experience maintaining the readiness and security of software applications.
  • Demonstrated experience in building servers, installing and configuring servers.
  • Demonstrated experience performing technical evaluations, analysis, and troubleshooting supported-servers.
