OVERVIEW:
Software Engineers develop automation, testing, and analysis tools that exercise the functional requirements of customer provided software in a broad range of tailored operating environments. They complete projects individually with time sensitive deadlines. Software Engineers also communicate with customer developers, operators, and other supported elements. Strong candidates will be placed on smaller teams with less support and more sensitive missions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience
- Python development OR another experience with another programming language
- Linux (other other *nix) Operating Systems OR significant experience in administration and automation with another Operating System
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Automated Scripting of System Administration tasks (Bash scripting, etc.)
- Software Development
- Software Automation
- Systems Administration
- Familiarity with multiple operating systems (Linux, Windows, Mac, etc)
- Familiarity with embedded/IOT, mobile devices (development/testing), networking
- Familiarity with penetration testing and computer and network exploitation (CNE)
- Familiarity with Software Testing and Quality Assurance
