OVERVIEW:
The program is structured utilizing DevSecOps and Agile principles. These software development methodologies emphasize communication, collaboration (information sharing and web service usage), integration, automation, and measurement of cooperation between software developers and other IT professionals. Operational stability is the program’s number one priority. As a member of the team, the selected individual will participate in the definition of the program backlog and must be knowledgeable in the technologies described below. In the event a candidate does not have hands on experience with IdAM then ability to adapt to other traditional COTS integration methods will be evaluated.
GENERAL DUTIES:
- Facilitate Agile Scrums and Sprint Planning sessions
- Lead Sprint Retrospectives
- Foster adoption of SAFe and the Agile technical process
- Coach Agile Team to self-organize, self-mange, and deliver effective Lean-Agile practices
- Coach Agile Team on the development of User Stories with solid acceptance criteria
- Remove impediments to the Agile Team’s development progress
- Ensure Agile Team meets its Sprint and Program Increment objectives
- Coordinate, report, and track completion of cross-team dependencies
- Track Agile team velocity and capacity management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Years Experience in Field/Career: 2 - 4 years
- Experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience in SAFe and Lean-Agile processes
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to organize and lead an Agile Team
- Ability to effectively and efficiently troubleshoot technical problems
- Experience with translating client's needs into business requirements and solutions
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with the following technologies:
- Atlassian Jira
- Atlassian Confluence
- Atlassian Bitbucket
- Experience supporting an enterprise IAM program
- Desired Certifications:
- SAFe Advanced Scrum Master Certification
CLEARANCE:
- US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
