Work with our team to develop a tool for planning complex transportation and logistics systems
Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, converting those into technical objectives for the optimization system including formulation of the cost functions and constraints.
Produce project deliverables including reports, presentations, and technical papers.
Manage and direct multiple projects related to complex transportation and logistics operations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires a master’s degree in Operations Research or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
Education in complex logistics, transportation operations, or similar is desired.
Python coding and application development experience
The program uses GraphHopper and Pyomo. Familiarity with these tools is a plus.
Working with tools and systems hosted in Amazon AWS environment
Strong logical and quantitative skills
Fluency with Microsoft Office tools/programs, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; Microsoft Access is a plus.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, highly organized, and strong ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
