REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BS or MS/MA degree, in lieu of advanced degree - additional 5 years of relevant experience
Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in conducting comprehensive acquisition/procurement/contract management support activities.
Knowledge of government and the customer's contracting process/policies, experience utilizing government contract writing and financial management systems, independent ability to research and analyze contract and financial data, and strong communication skills to interface with the Program's CORs and program office personnel.
Prior experience using the PRISM contract writing system, and the Federal Financial Management System (FFMS)
