OVERVIEW:
You’ll closely collaborate with fellow cloud architects and engineers specializing in AWS and other platforms to define and deploy cloud solution components. You’ll have the chance to work within a DevOps framework to build and manage container apps and use products like Kubernetes to further the mission. With access to our internal Azure, AWS, and GCP labs, you’ll have the space and time to explore different ways of solving our clients’ challenges, and you’ll partner with stakeholders and your team to deliver the right technical solutions. Whether modernizing legacy computing platforms and applications or building new ones from scratch, you’ll have the latest tech and brightest teammates at your fingertips.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 12+ years of experience in systems development
- 3+ years of experience with establishing cloud core services, including EC2, S3, ELBs, RDS, VPCs, security groups, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, and IAM permissions for scalable management of the cloud landing zones
- 2+ years of experience with US Government cloud implementations
- Experience with deploying, configuring, and maintaining Linux flavor server systems in the Cloud
- Knowledge of distributed computing environments
- Knowledge of Networking concepts and protocols
- HS Diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain IAT II Certification within 60 days of hire

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with third-party tools, including Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with designing, building, and implementing automation tools and infrastructure as code, including Ansible, CloudFormation, or Terraform
- Experience with working in a Continuous Integration or Continuous Delivery environment
- Experience with conducting customer and stakeholder assessments
- Knowledge of GitLab
- Bachelor's degree in STEM
