REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Job experience in radar systems engineering, radar software engineering, radar hardware engineering, and radar test engineering.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to present information to senior leadership
• Experience working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program/projects
• Knowledge of phased array radar theory, function, and design
• Ability to work independently to analyze and resolve problems in a face-paced environment
• Masters in a STEM field, and 12 years of experience
