Leads, executes, and manages maintenance, enhancement, and support of all portals, dashboards, and digital tools used in support of the Narsil Program to provide program status, collaboration, and updates.
Configures and maintains the TO Portal to provide visibility to FEDSIM and customer on contract execution activities.
Develops and maintains the Narsil Enterprise Portal to provide access to other unclassified internal portals such as the TO Portal, NarQuest Portal, Knowledge Management Portal, etc.
Documents and executes technical changes and configuration management processes to ensure availability and accessibility to program portals and dashboards.
Responsible for the technology environment management function supporting the design, build, test, implementation, and environment support for production and development of program portals and dashboards and associated application components.
Supports the development of the program’s web based applications and supports the development of website concepts, interface designs, and architecture of program web-sites.
Supports application developers, functional business specialists, and trading partners to resolve issues and deliver enhancements for programs portals and dashboards.
Coordinate communications with End Users, SAs, engineers, Management, mission partners, and Government Leadership.
MS 10 years, or BS and 18 years.
Experience developing web-based applications.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Experience developing portals, dashboards, and digital tools.
