OVERVIEW:
The Cloud Application Architect coordinates with Microsoft Premier and TSD to assess the current cloud environment and applications to be migrated and recommend a cloud application and migration solution in Azure.
This is a hands-on cloud engineering role, focusing on migrating workloads to the cloud. The purpose of the role is to focus on delivering infrastructure migrations to the cloud for highly sensitive information, maintaining ownership of technical and service elements related to cloud migration projects. Anchor and lead Cloud consulting engagements by providing technical and business insights to cloud strategy engagements, technology and architecture, deployments, cloud migrations and portfolio management. Establish detailed Cloud migration project plans, and execute against them to support business development, mitigating risks verifying technical feasibility, and validating solution options and requirements.
