Collaborates with the Web Developers to design intuitive user interfaces for DC3 portals, websites, and content management systems (SharePoint) that are usable across multiple platforms (desktop, mobile devices).
Conducts field studies and user interviews/interaction; conceptualizes requirements and constraints; builds user personas and “clickable” screens; performs usability testing; performs user training research/analysis; performs accessibility evaluation; acquires user feedback (surveys, usability reporting, FAQ review).
Performs UI/UX design for visualization and reporting, focusing on ease of use. Supports development of tests for UX and 508 compliance.
Ensures test plans include all user roles and consider varying user access speeds and devices as needed.
Supports development of functional tests, integration tests, and Quality Assurance Tests. Collaborates with DC3 directorates and stakeholders to create and execute UAT Plan that ensures scope of user roles, functionality, and other variables are tested and feedback is incorporated into the deployed system.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires 5 to 8 years with BS/BA or 3 to 5 years with MS/MA or 0 to 2 years with PhD.
CLEARANCE:
TS/SCI with CI Poly minimum
