Collaborates with the UI/UX Engineer to design, code, and modify DC3 portals, internal and external websites, and content management systems (SharePoint sites) at multiple classification levels including public release internet, NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS.
Ensures that content complies with AF/DOD/DC3/PAO requirements and standards and is visually appealing with user-friendly design and clear navigation. Maintains a current inventory of content sites with content owners.
Uses object-oriented design programming, source code control practices, application security, authentication, and content management to develop intuitive content for DC3 and directorates.
Designs and builds web pages using various software applications, techniques and tools, including C#, .NET, VB.NET, JavaScript/jQuery, HTML/CSS, and Transact-SQL.
Responsible for web development and integration into external and internal websites and other web applications, testing and debugging programs of moderate complexity to advanced web-based interactive programs.
Participates in functional and technical specifications development for approved projects, ensuring quality and high performance.
Develops and maintains technical documents, user testing scripts, approvals, and other relevant documentation throughout development of web applications/sites, while assisting the team in an evaluation of web development processes and supporting change management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires 8 to 10 years with BS/BA or 6 to 8 years with MS/MA or 3 to 5 years with PhD.
CLEARANCE:
TS/SCI with CI Poly minimum
