OVERVIEW:
Support F-35 modernization capabilities assessment, coordination and development with U.S. Services and international partners as part of the Air Systems Requirements team in the F-35 Joint Program Office. Bring in-depth operational understanding and expertise to one or more aspects of service or joint missions, processes, and culture. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts; contributes to the development of new capabilities and concepts. Work on complex problems and provides innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8+ years of experience in an engineering or technical position
- 5+ years of operational flight experience in a 4th or 5th generation U.S. military strike or fight aircraft
- Experience at US military major staff or DoD acquisition program office
- Experience in military capability requirements development
- Bachelor's degree
