OVERVIEW:

Manage the planning, design, construction and maintenance of physical infrastructures ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and safety regulations. Serve as the F-35 Hybrid Product Support Integrator (HPSI) Logistics Capability Delivery (LCD) facilities subject matter expert (SME). Maintain responsibility for monitoring facility architecture and engineering planning, facility cost and benefit analysis, construction design and building coordination, acquisition support, management of the Facilities Requirement Document (FRD), and contractor/government analysis and studies. Provide facility-related evaluation, input, and risk analysis to ITS planning and execution documents, including Site Surveys, Site-Specific Activation Plans, Design/Drawings, Site Activation Task Force reports, and Sustainment Readiness and Initial Operational Capability Supportability Reviews. Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years of experience managing and monitoring military facility architecture and engineering planning efforts
• Knowledge of DoD civil engineering policies, practices and procedures relative to facilities
• Knowledge of program management, planning, and budgeting, and financial control
• Knowledge of standard contracting regulations, practices, and procedures
• Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
• Bachelor’s Degree
