OVERVIEW:

Develop, implement, and manage supply chain streams and solutions. Apply advanced theories, principles and concepts; contributes to development of new principles and concepts. Provide logistics expertise supporting aircraft, weapon systems, property management or support equipment programs. Provide advice and assistance the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) Property Manager on property management compliance requirements, and interpretation of U.S. property management regulations, policies and procedures. Assist with all F-35 property management actions for U.S., International Partners, and FMS customers. Work with the F-35 PSM, Program Management Offices (PMO), IPTs, and other government agencies to ensure a compliant air system as it pertains to property management policy requirements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10 + years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline
• 2 + years of experience in supporting major DoD weapon systems
• Experience with administering and maintaining records in the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS)
• ?Knowledge of DoD Item Unique Identification (IUID) policies, processes, and compliance requirements
• Knowledge of Government Property Management regulations and associated processes
• Bachelor's Degree

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current National Property Management Association (NPMA) certification at the Certified Professional Property Specialist (CPPS) level
