GENERAL DUTIES:

• Lead an agile team to develop enterprise IAM solutions
• Ensure epic and user story acceptance criteria is defined and met for delivery
• Provide architectural direction and insight to the agile team
• Collaborate with Development and Test Lead to deliver solutions
• Communicate with Customer management to provide daily status on progress and key technical issues
• Support application onboarding for Identity and Access Management (IAM) services
• Integrate IAM deployments into CI/CD pipelines
• Provide resolution for escalated service tickets
• Work with clients to evaluate and solve technical problems
• Develop new functionality based on business owner change requests

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience as a technical lead or agile product owner
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to quickly learn new software and IT concepts
• Ability to effectively and efficiently troubleshoot technical problems
• Experience with translating client's needs into business requirements and solutions
• Experience implementing enterprise solutions in client environments
• Experience in DevSecOps/Agile processes

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in the IAM field
• Experience with the following:
• Okta’s cloud Identity as a Service (IDaaS)
• Activiti’s business process management workflow engine
• AWS
• LDAP
• Java
• MySQL
• Scripting languages and algorithms
• RESTful APIs
• CompTIA Security+  Certification

CLEARANCE:
