OVERVIEW:
We are seeking strong Senior Software Engineers to support a new Federal Geospatial project in downtown St Louis. This is an exciting new initiative where our Customer is embracing modern software development practices and using them to solve challenging missions for the Agency. This include a modern technology stack, rapid prototyping and culture of innovation. We are looking for candidates that are passionate, energized and excited to work on modern architectures and solve challenging problems for our clients.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Senior level expertise with Java enterprise application development
- Experience with Web services architecture, design, and development to include microservice architectures
- Experience with database design including relational, spatial and NoSQL databases
- Experience with Agile philosophies serving as scrum or team lead
- Experience with CI/CD techniques and automated testing and pipelines
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with Spring applications
- Experience as a full stack developer to include Web Services, Database and Front-End Development
- Experience with React
- Experience working with and developing geospatial information systems (GIS) to include open-source and proprietary geospatial formats
- Likes to Play ping pong, foosball or Nintendo Switch (or willing to learn)
CLEARANCE:
- Top Secret with SCI eligibility
