OVERVIEW:

Seeking a talented SQL Database Developer who is passionate about technology and working with customers and a strong team to provide solutions for our mission-critical customer in DC.  The ideal candidate appreciates partnering with our customer and a group of engineers to create innovative engineering solutions.  If you are looking to be challenged then this is the environment for you!

GENERAL DUTIES:

The candidate will be tasked to work with a small group of developers to re-engineer a database application for the customer as well as support the development of new features in an existing stack of applications.  The candidate will need to develop APEX-based solutions within the AWS cloud environment based upon requirements developed with the customer through agile processes.  The candidate will be able to learn and/or expand their APEX skills on the job.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3 or more years of experience with software engineering
• 3 or more years of experience creating complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions and reports
• Experience with PL/SQL
• Experience developing and operating within AWS cloud services
• Experience working in agile environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems

DESIRED QAULIFICATIONS:

• Experience with APEX
