Procession Systems is seeking a dedicated Talent Research Leader to join our leadership team. This is a full time, salaried role with commission incentives based around effective talent pipeline research, building, organization, and management. This role will provide frequent and direct access to executives and leaders in the Federal IT industry. We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive individual who understands the importance of healthy talent pipelines and is deeply interested in a position with unrivaled growth and earning potential. You will receive hands on training from our experienced leadership team and oversee a small team of Talent Research Analysts.   • Lead and supervise large complex IT sourcing initiatives
  • Continuously assess and develop short and long term strategies for existing talent pipelines
  • Research capabilities for new talent pipeline development
  • Manage and develop an agile and high performing sourcing team
  • Align Procession database to optimize delivery objectives
  • Define and implement best practices for talent pipeline organization and categorization
  • Meet regularly with Procession partners to review Sourcing budget, resource deployment, and strategies for improvement and growth
  • Create, implement, and manage best practices for Procession database hygiene and integrity
  • Interface daily with Recruiting Delivery Managers and Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and Service Level Agreement (SLA) achievement
  • Identify and analyze sourcing trends and areas for improvement
  • Regularly collect and review market and efficiency data with Procession partnership team to help drive business development and new customer acquisition.
  • Manage current vendors and participate in new vendor selection and evaluation


  • At least 3 years of Sourcing experience
  • Ability to work in a team environment and strong communication skills
  • Must demonstrate a strong work ethic

  • Must be goal-oriented and have the ability to prioritize tasks

  • Must demonstrate knowledge and experience in potential objections/issues that can affect he sales cycle or successful delivery to our customers
  • Basic proficiency in Excel/Powerpoint


  • Previous Sourcing experience in IT
  • Experience in basic or advanced data analysis (Advanced pivot tables, Excel automation (VBA), SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
