  • Looking for a Training Coordinator who will work with offensive and defensive Marine Corps teams to project their current and future training needs for multiple work roles. The right candidate will be working with several external agencies to secure class seats for these Marines. Once the seats have been secured, the Training Coordinator will nominate students to these classes. Compiling training statistics for multiple work roles. These statistics are used to brief MARFOR leadership on the status of current and future training.
  • Looking for an individual who has customer oriented along with the ability to communicate effectively to different organizations. The right candidate will understand how military training works and how to allocate seats. They can multitask and be able to shift tasks quickly as priorities change. They would need a strong background in Excel and Access. Someone from and MI, CYBER or SIGINT background is preferred but not required.


  • Serve as the Cyber Mission Force (CMF) training manager who focuses on coordination & management of all individual, element, and team training for the Service Cyber Component.
  • Serve as the Military Occupational Specialty and Fleet (MOS/Fleet) Training Management Support who focuses on coordination & management of all individual, element, and team training for 17xxs, MIGs, MATs, and DCO-IDMs.
  • Assess training needs for new and existing CMF and 17xx personnel.
  • Assist in identifying internal and external training programs to address competency gaps.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders regarding CMF and 17xx training needs.
  • Organize, develop, or source training programs/schedules to meet specific individual/small unit/group training needs.
  • Assist in liaising with subject matter experts regarding instructional design.
  • Assist in providing training aids such as manuals and handbooks.


  • At least 10 years of experience in organizing complex training plans. Competent to work on most phases
  • of full-spectrum cyberspace operations training.
  • Experience with instruction or training management.
  • Experience in adult instructional and learning theory and principles.
  • Experience in instructional design.
  • Experience in training methodologies.
