The Intelligence group provides high-end systems engineering and integration products and services, data analytics and software development to national and military intelligence customers. The ISD-SI will support the Sponsor's organization providing integration support to the office in planning and coordinating the training and documentation for new or changed information technology capabilities.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Conducting research necessary to develop and revise IT training courses and preparing appropriate IT training catalogs for both technical and non-technical personnel in IT ability to assist in preparation of presentations and reports
  • Train personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars and/or computer based/computer aided training for uniquely developed organizational applications
  • Work with users to help identify and validate product and usage information for IT products (hardware and software) for capture in the enterprise tracking system to comply with Regulations
  • Responsible for the management and monitoring of the Organization's governance process for supporting customer service registrations for IT enterprise hardware and software to ensure accurate data entry, efficient task management assignment and timeliness
  • Answer questions or queries about registrations, provide customers the registration status, and other topics via phone, walk-in visits and standard automated tools, such as email and on-line chat
  • Interface effectively with user community and processing partners to provide excellent customer service; this includes phone response skills, standard IT hardware and software products selection advice, feedback, standard process advice, and periodic informal training on process and changes
  • Lead the creation of structures and processes to assure the most effective and efficient management of strategic change initiatives across the organization for the office's IT training courses
  • Design learning curriculum (conduct needs assessment, create instructor and participant guides, pilot material, and evaluate results) as required
  • Represent the office in working groups


  • Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with Learning Management System
  • Effective client management skills
  • Knowledge and experience with instructional systems design concepts
  • Capable of using media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods via written, oral, and visual media
  • Ability to work both independently and as an effective team member
  • Experience in planning and organizing work
  • Flexibility to cope with a changing environment and short deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating with groups to ensure work processes and workflows are captures
  • Solid project management skills (e.g., planning, tracking, and reporting)
