Install, configure, and integrate conference room equipment at NASA Headquarters, to include VTC, audio, and multimedia components, CISCO Codec and Polycom Codec.
Coordinate installation with other NICS teams (Cable Plant, Telecom, Network Engineering, NTC) as needed.
Provide operations and management support to all ViTS infrastructure that underlies the VTC platform.
Install patch and firmware upgrades, hardware break/fix support, and daily operations and management support, including onsite assistance for special events.
Must be able to interact with, extract, and translate customer requirements into working solutions.
Provide assistance to users in conducting video teleconference sessions, which may include conference preparation, and monitor VTC equipment and system performance
Provide ongoing operation support for all installed teleconferencing equipment, to include regular checks of equipment for proper operation, setting audio levels, positioning camera functions, performing secure or non-secure setup; operate or assist in operating session control panel, studio control unit, and high-resolution graphics. Inspecting/connecting cabling, confirming system availability.
